DwellShift: Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DwellShift, the AI room design service at ai-roomdesign.com ("DwellShift", "we", "us"). By accessing or using DwellShift, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Services

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

DwellShift creates visual design concepts. Generated images are not construction drawings, engineering plans, permit documents, or exact measurements, and they can change proportions, openings, furniture, materials, or lighting. Verify any detail that matters with a qualified professional before relying on it.

AI Image Generation

DwellShift generates images with GPT Image 2.5. Your photos and instructions are processed by AI infrastructure providers that act on our behalf and only to create the results you request. We may change the model we use to keep quality and reliability high, and we will update this page when we do.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Intellectual Property

Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You keep all rights to the photos, reference images, prompts, and other content you upload ("User Content"). You grant DwellShift a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your User Content and your generated results only as needed to provide the service to you, keep your projects available in your account, and resolve support requests.

This license does not allow us to publish your User Content or results, add them to the public Ideas gallery, use them in marketing, or sell them. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep for a limited time to meet legal obligations.

You must have the right to upload your User Content. Do not upload images of other people's homes or private spaces without their permission.

No AI Training and Privacy

We do not use your User Content, your Agent conversations, or your generated results to train or improve AI models, and we do not share them with others for that purpose. Your uploads and results are private to your account. Our Privacy Policy explains how we store, protect, and delete your data.

Paid Output Rights and Credits

Outputs generated while you have an active paid subscription, or after a verified credit-pack purchase, are provided without a DwellShift watermark and may be used commercially. Free trial outputs carry a DwellShift watermark and are for personal, non-commercial use. You remain responsible for ensuring that your uploads, instructions, and intended use do not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.

New verified accounts receive 10 trial credits that expire 14 days after they are granted. Each generated image costs 5 credits, with the total shown before generation. Monthly subscription credits expire at the end of their billing period. Fixed-credit annual plans are billed annually, release one credit allowance each month, and each monthly allowance expires when the next allowance begins. Credit-pack credits do not expire. An active Unlimited subscription does not deduct credits. Refunds may reverse unused paid credits and end the related paid entitlement.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
Upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that is illegal, sexual, or harmful
Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code
